Ilmarinen has sold a 3,000 m² auto dealership property located in the Limingantulli district of Oulu to Park Invest Oy, a real estate company owned by Jarmo Rinta-Jouppi.
The property, completed in 2009, features a leasable area of 3,000 square meters and caters to automotive retail.
Jarmo Rinta-Jouppi Oy, the automotive group founded by Jarmo Rinta-Jouppi in 1987 in Seinäjoki, is now one of Finland’s largest car dealership chains. The group specializes in selling used cars, new vehicles and caravans.
The chain operates 20 locations, including major hubs such as Helsinki, Tampere, and Oulu.
Ilmarinen is one of Finland’s leading pension insurance companies, managing a diversified real estate portfolio valued at €5.8 billion as of the end of 2023. Its holdings include approximately 100 commercial, office, warehouse, and other properties, with a significant concentration in Helsinki and other major growth centers.
Ilmarinen has been active in optimizing its portfolio, including the sale of a modern medical center property in Oulu’s city center to Swiss Life Asset Managers in 2024.
