Evli has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of two industrial properties located at Tölkkimäentie 6 and 8 in Hämeenlinna.
The first phase of the arrangement involved the acquisition of a property at Tölkkimäentie 8, which houses a 2,280 square meter industrial building. This facility is leased to Kongsberg Defence, a key player in the defense industry.
As part of the second phase, the seller is constructing a 1,050 square meter industrial building on the property at Tölkkimäentie 6. This new facility will also be leased to Kongsberg Defence, further strengthening the site’s role in supporting Finland’s defense industry.
Hämeenlinna, a city with approximately 70,000 residents, is strategically located 100 kilometers north of Helsinki along the Tampere motorway.
In the transaction, HPP Attorneys acted as the legal advisor to the buyer.
