A. Ahlström Real Estate has acquired a 2,500 m² office building from Avain Yhtiöt in Pasila, Helsinki. The office building is part of a new development at the corner of Veturitie and Radioportti, which also includes three residential towers comprising approximately 200 rental apartments. Construction began in early 2025, and the office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Located near the Tripla shopping center and Pasila train station, the office building offers modern, adaptable spaces for up to 450 employees. Avain Yhtiöt will serve as the anchor tenant.
Pasila is evolving into a significant commercial and residential district, with plans to double the number of jobs to approximately 50,000 and nearly triple the number of residents to 30,000 by 2040. Its excellent transportation links position it as a central hub in Helsinki’s urban landscape.
A. Ahlström owns 30% of Avain Yhtiöt.
