Logian has acquired a prime industrial and warehouse property from Governia Oy. The approximately 10,000 square metre facility is located at Suokallionkuja 4 in Vantaa, adjacent to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, offering exceptional accessibility and connectivity for logistics and industrial operations.

The property benefits from a highly connected location. It is located along Ring Road III, just 3 kilometers from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and 2 kilometers from the Tampere Motorway (E12). These connections provide swift access to both domestic and international transport routes, supporting efficient logistics, distribution, and supply chain functions.

The property was constructed in 2013 and was previously operated by Suomen Rahapaja Oy (Mint of Finland), a state-owned enterprise. When the Finnish government decided in 2024 to discontinue the Mint’s operations, the facility became redundant.

Governia Oy is a state-owned investment and development company operating under Finland’s state ownership policy. Its role includes managing the state’s direct holdings in certain companies and executing ownership strategy measures, such as restructuring or preparing assets for sale. Governia often serves as an intermediary holding company, receiving ownership of assets that are in transition toward privatization or reorganization.

Founded in 2023, Logian is a joint venture between KEVA, Finland’s largest pension insurer, and Mrec Investment Management Oy. The company is pursuing the development of a €600 million portfolio of logistics, warehouse, and production properties by 2028. Its investment focus is centered on key transportation nodes in the Helsinki metropolitan area, as well as in Turku and Tampere.
