Toivo Group Plc has entered into sale agreements with a fund managed by Nrep for two community properties, valued at approximately €20 million. The properties, designed to prioritize energy efficiency and resident comfort, are slated for implementation between 2025 and 2026.
The first property, located in Kangasala, is being developed for Esperi Care Oy. Construction work is already underway for this facility, which will provide housing for elderly residents and individuals with developmental disabilities
The second property, located in Helsinki, is planned exclusively for elderly residents. Construction on this site is expected to commence in 2025.
Both properties will incorporate geothermal heating, solar panels, and achieve A-energy class certification. Additionally, they are designed to meet BREEAM certification standards, ensuring a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
The commencement of construction for both properties is contingent upon the finalization of the sale agreements. As is typical in real estate transactions, certain uncertainties remain.
