Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj has sold a light industrial property located at Tapulikaupungintie 37 in the Suutarila district of Helsinki to another investor. The transaction price has not been disclosed.
The property, with a total lettable area of 6,080 m², is fully leased to Ramirent Finland Oy and has served as Ramirent’s Finnish headquarters for many years, functioning as a service point for construction equipment rentals and a storage facility.
“This sale aligns with Tallberg’s goal to reshape and develop its property portfolio. We continue to maintain a strong ownership position in warehouse and logistics properties across the Helsinki metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities,” commented Timo Valtonen, CEO of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.
The buildings on the property were primarily constructed in 2004 and have been modified to meet the needs of Ramirent Finland Oy. The site includes modern, air-conditioned office spaces across two floors, along with warehouse facilities consisting of two semi-heated halls and one cold hall. The yard is designed to accommodate heavy equipment, featuring ample parking and a covered loading area to support a variety of operations.
