In late 2024, SSA announced the commencement of a €100 million multi-use development in the Kivistö district of Vantaa. The focal point of the project will be the Kivistön Siluetti residential tower, a 12-story building situated next to the upcoming K-Citymarket hypermarket also developed by SSA.
The Kivistön Siluetti tower will provide a diverse array of housing options. The building will house over 200 apartments, including owner-occupied units, right-of-occupancy apartments developed by Yrjö ja Hanna Kodit, and 24/7 assisted living services for the elderly, provided by Solum Yhtiöt. The project will also feature a Spot Apartments hotel, catering to both corporate and consumer clients, offering flexible accommodation solutions.
The development will be carried out using an innovative 3D property division method, enhancing construction efficiency and precision. The floors designated for service housing will be developed for Nrep’s investment fund, while the apartment hotel will be implemented for CORE Properties Ltd.
SSA Rakennus Oy specializes in the construction of residential buildings, including apartments and service homes. The company is advancing a construction model based on prefabricated modules, designed to streamline the building process, reduce carbon emissions, and improve quality.
Kivistö neighborhood is located on the eastern side of Hämeenlinnanväylä in Vantaa. The area is well-connected by the Kehärata commuter rail line, which opened in 2015. This line connects Vantaa’s central train station to the airport and extends to Tikkurila, providing easy access to major transportation hubs.
