Logicenters to Develop New Industrial and Logistics Facility in Tuusula, Finland

Logicenters has signed a new lease agreement with DEXIS and will develop an industrial and logistics facility in Tuusula, Finland. Construction is expected to commence soon, with completion scheduled for late summer 2026.

The new facility, spanning a total area of 11,400 m², will be situated at Rykmentinportinkatu 3. Logicenters has not yet disclosed the construction company for the project. This development further strengthens Logicenters’ presence in the area, where it already owns a 38,000 m² property at Rykmentinportinkatu 15, built between 2023 and 2024. The asset is located approximately 30 km north of Helsinki, is a strategic location for industrial and logistics operations.

The building will feature geothermal heating, rooftop solar panels, and certification under the BREEAM Excellent standard, reflecting the company’s dedication to sustainable construction.

Logicenters, established in 2015 by NREP, is a leading developer of modern logistics facilities across the Nordics.

DEXIS specializes in the production and sale of dental imaging software and devices, and the new facility will support its logistics and operational needs in the region.
