The Vantaa property, situated at Martinkyläntie 52 in the Petikko area, was built in 1990 and spans approximately 6,500 square meters (source: vantaa.fi). Petikko is a well-known commercial hub, particularly recognized for its furniture and automotive businesses. The property is currently leased to Lapp Automaatio and Jens S Finland.
Lapp Automaatio sells electrical and automation components and services, while Jens S Finland provides power transmission solutions.
