Esperi Care and Toivo Group have entered into significant lease agreements to develop two care facilities with a combined investment of approximately €12 million on December 11, 2024 . The Projects
Rovaniemi: Toivo Group will construct a 24/7 assisted living facility in Rovaniemi, designed to accommodate 63 elderly residents. The facility will provide comprehensive care services tailored to the needs of older individuals, ensuring safety, comfort, and accessibility.
Järvenpää: In Järvenpää, a home with 30 resident places will be built to cater to individuals with developmental disabilities. The facility will focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging independence while offering necessary care.

Both projects are notable for their emphasis on energy efficiency. Toivo Group has incorporated sustainable solutions such as geothermal heating and solar panels installed on the rooftops. Construction is planned to commence as soon as possible. The Järvenpää project is expected to be completed and handed over to Esperi Care by the end of 2025, while the Rovaniemi facility is set to open in the summer of 2026.
